This ensures compliance with GDPR and other applicable data localization laws. Data is encrypted both in transit and at rest, and subject to strict access controls. Customers also have the right to request permanent deletion of any documents they have shared, in alignment with data subject rights under GDPR.
- Access to such data is restricted based on user roles (e.g., admin, maker, checker) to prevent unauthorized access or misuse.
- We have implemented internal controls, user-level permissions, and audit trails for transparency and accountability.
